Our Process
In-Person Assessment
We come to your property to assess the project site first hand. One of our team members will measure the square footage of the space and look for cracks and other damaged areas that need to be repaired. We’ll also discuss the flooring system you prefer and your vision for the finished product.
Free Estimate
Based on the findings of the in-person assessment and the flooring system of your choice, we provide a free estimate for the project. This is sent to you in an email, which also includes our 10-year warranty and contracts for both parties to sign.
Schedule Service
Once the contacts have been signed, we’ll add your project to our schedule. We’ll also discuss the flooring system you’ve chosen, including how it will be installed, how long it will take, and answer any questions you might have.
Floor Installation
This is the fun part – turning boring gray concrete into a work of art. We’ve been trained by some of the best artisans in the industry and use only superior products. As a licensed, insured company, you can trust us to do quality work that’s designed to last.
Payment
Your invoice is issued upon project completion, and we accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. We work hard to make sure each project is completed to our customer’s satisfaction, and know you will love your new floor.
